1. The service
Trinacle provides done-for-you marketing services delivered through software, including the Trinacle Shopify app and dashboard. By installing the app, creating an account, or using our websites, you agree to these terms.
2. Plans & billing
Plans are flat monthly subscriptions billed through your Shopify account. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Plan volumes describe the marketing work delivered each month and may evolve as the product improves: material reductions to your plan's deliverables will be communicated in advance.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the rights to the store data, content, and brand assets you ask us to use.
- Campaigns we produce are published after your approval (or on the auto-publish schedule you enable). You are responsible for claims you make about your products.
- You will comply with applicable marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, consent rules) as they apply to your audience; we build compliance handling (unsubscribe, STOP/HELP, deliverability guards) into the platform.
4. Intellectual property
You own the campaign content produced for your store upon payment. We retain all rights to the Trinacle platform, including its software, workflows, and aggregated learnings that don't identify you or your customers.
5. Disclaimers & liability
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We report results honestly and attribute revenue with the methods described in the product, but we do not guarantee specific revenue figures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time; we may suspend service for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where practical.
