Changelog

What's new in Trinacle

New functions land in your dashboard automatically: no update to install, nothing to rebuild. Here is everything we shipped lately, newest first, in plain English.

October 1, 2026

Email October 1, 2026

Product emails render portrait by default

Product emails that use AI images now render portrait by default. The image shape picker sits on its own row right under the Generate AI images switch, labelled Image shape, and 3:4 portrait comes preselected, so product-in-scene renders no longer need a manual pick. Square, wide and the other shapes are still one click away.

September 28, 2026

Link Building September 28, 2026

Stat cards that filter the list

On the Internal Links tab the stat cards are clickable now. Click Orphans, Money orphans, Broken pages, In trash or Dead links, and the list below filters to exactly those records. Click the same card again to clear it. The address bar carries the filter, so a shared link opens the list already filtered. Cards with nothing behind them, like revenue or the last scan date, stay still.

September 25, 2026

Results September 25, 2026

Results: a trend chart you can actually read

The overall performance over time chart on the Results page is readable now. Numbers run up the side so you can tell how tall the line is, the newest day is always labelled, and hovering over the chart names the day, its sessions and the figure for the period you are comparing against. The grey compare line sits on the right days and stays visible in light mode.

SEO September 24, 2026

Content Refresh: know which pages to fix, and how

Every page's search clicks are checked against the month before, next to what the page earned. A page that lost clicks, or draws search traffic and earns nothing, lands under SEO as a Content Refresh task with a short brief that says what changed, what to fix, and the keyword or title to aim for. Mark it Done or Dismiss when you have handled it, and it will not come back.

Sales September 24, 2026

Your own Sales Desk: calls, bookings and deals at a glance

Client owners now have their own Sales Desk: every call to and from your business line, your bookings, and your deal pipeline in one place, with your team's internal notes kept private.

Results September 24, 2026

Results channels are one click apart

The Results section now keeps its six channels as tabs across the top of the page: Overview, Email, SEO, Paid Ads, Social, Affiliates, Influencers. Switch channel without going back to the sidebar, and the tab you are on stays lit. The sidebar no longer lists each channel on its own line, so it is shorter and quicker to scan. Old links and bookmarks to a channel still work and still light up Results.

September 23, 2026

Video Production September 23, 2026

Renders that survive, failures that explain themselves

A render no longer disappears when you step away. Leave the page, come back, switch steps: the studio picks the render back up, shows which stage it is on with a Cancel button that follows you everywhere, and cannot start a second one by accident. A shot that fails now shows what the provider said, keeps its place in the cut and offers one click to try again. And timeline edits are never lost when you leave the editor mid-save.

Dashboard September 23, 2026

Content tiles open the page you clicked

Content hub tiles open the page you clicked again. They had been dropping you on the Dashboard and closing the sidebar's Content group: Email Campaigns, SMS, Video Production and the rest now open with their sidebar entry lit.

September 22, 2026

Social September 22, 2026

Social posts fixed for client logins

Client logins now see their own scheduled and published social posts again. A new client account could land in the app with no company link, which left the Social page empty even though the posts existed.

SEO September 22, 2026

AI traffic: watch each assistant's trend

The AI traffic panel on the SEO results page now shows a day-by-day trend chart of visits from AI assistants, plus a small trend line for each source (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and the rest), so you can see whether that traffic is growing or fading over the chosen period.

September 21, 2026

Dashboard September 21, 2026

A friendlier page not found

Opening an address that does not exist now keeps the full dashboard layout (sidebar and header) and shows a clear page-not-found card in the middle, instead of a bare standalone card. The card shows the address that failed, so you can tell us exactly what you opened.

Dashboard September 21, 2026

A dashboard that is easier to read, everywhere

Icon-only buttons now tell screen readers what they do: the pencil edit buttons in Calls, the client remove button in Admin, and the image picks in the AI image studio. The quiet gray text on status pills and content chips got darker too, so it meets contrast rules in light and dark mode.

Dashboard September 21, 2026

Dashboard gets a proper phone layout

The dashboard is now comfortable on a phone. Page action buttons stay on one row instead of piling up, stat tiles sit two by two, the top bar is trimmed to the page title and search, and the chat bubble no longer sits on top of the walkthrough card.

September 20, 2026

Paid Ads September 20, 2026

Paid ads results, rebuilt

The Paid Ads results page now reads the Meta and Google ad accounts directly: spend, conversions, return on ad spend and budget pacing tiles with period comparison, day-by-day spend and conversions charts, and one campaign table sorted by spend that links into the ads pages and shows the Trinacle campaign record. Google Analytics paid traffic stays below, clearly labelled as site-wide context.

Email September 20, 2026

Emails gallery loads on thumbnails, not full-size images

The Emails page loads much faster: the gallery now downloads small thumbnail versions of each image instead of the full-size originals, and only loads the full image when you open one.

Email September 20, 2026

Schedule Broadcast button works again

The Schedule Broadcast button at the bottom of the new broadcast page did nothing when clicked. It now opens a progress popup right away, and when scheduling finishes, a button takes you to the scheduled blasts list.

Email September 20, 2026

Product Email picker opens ready to go

The product picker in the Product Email builder opens ready to go: the newest in-stock products are already loaded, newest-first sorting is on by default, and the in-stock filter is already ticked. You pick products right away instead of setting up filters every time.

Landing Pages September 20, 2026

Landing previews show feature photos

The landing page preview now shows each feature's photo right in the card once one exists, instead of only a note saying an image is coming, so what you approve looks like the page that ships.

September 19, 2026

Shopify app September 19, 2026

A receipt for every change made to your store

A new Store writes page in the Shopify app lists every change Trinacle made to your store: sale prices, compare-at prices, landing pages, theme files and product copies, each with a Verified or Undone status. See what was done without asking anyone.

SEO September 19, 2026

SEO results: rankings, revenue and AI traffic in one page

The results page now shows the SEO work, not just the traffic. Panels break out clicks and revenue for products, collections and blog articles, list keyword targets by content type, and track your average ranking position over time. An AI traffic panel shows visitors arriving from assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Influencers September 19, 2026

Partners and your CRM, always in sync

One button pushes your partners to the CRM workspace, creators without an email included, and pulls each one's pipeline stage and email back onto the Partners tab. You always know who is moving and how to reach them.

September 18, 2026

Video Production September 18, 2026

B-roll ideas from your own footage

The studio looks over your cut and your media pool and suggests cutaways for the long stretches, landing each one on a beat when you have music. Every idea says why in one line, and only the ones you pick are added.

App September 18, 2026

Tell us what to fix, from the page you found it on

There is a new feedback icon in the top bar, next to Share. Spot something broken, or have an idea? Send it in and the page you were on goes with it, straight to our team. Every report becomes a tracked work item on our board, so it gets triaged like everything else we build.

Influencers September 18, 2026

Influencer programs and offers, one place to run them

The new Programs tab keeps your ongoing terms and your time-boxed pushes side by side: commission, promo code, start and end dates, and status, all editable. The Partners tab now opens first, and every tab has a copy-link button so you can send someone a straight link to it.

Shopify app September 18, 2026

Your week, summarised inside your admin

A new Activity page in the Shopify app groups the last seven days by day, with a week summary at the top: how much ran, which areas ran it, and your busiest day. The same summary arrives by email every Monday, so you can see what shipped without opening anything.

September 17, 2026

Shopify app September 17, 2026

Approve your marketing without leaving your admin

A new Approvals page in the app: every review reply, product page rewrite, blog article and landing page waiting on you sits in one list inside your admin, you approve or reject with a note right there, and any item opens in the full dashboard with one click. Manage buttons across the app now also land on the exact page they promise instead of the dashboard home.

Video Production September 17, 2026

Cuts that land on the beat

The video editor now finds the beat in your music bed: one click marks every beat on the music clip, cut points you drag snap to the beat, and one Align to beats action moves every cut onto the nearest beat so the video lands with the music.

September 16, 2026

Cart recovery September 16, 2026

Cart recovery keeps score

The Cart recovery tab now shows its own scorecard: messages sent in the last 30 days, how many abandoned carts came back and bought after a message, and when the last one recovered. Sent rows that turned into a purchase get a "recovered" badge.

Shopify app September 16, 2026

Asked for a review at the right moment

The app now asks for a review at the moment it has earned one: when your first email campaign goes out, your first post goes live, or your first order is tracked back to your marketing, the app home shows a one-time prompt to leave a quick review. It never asks on install and never asks twice.

Chat September 16, 2026

Chat: saved replies and private notes

Work chat conversations faster: save your best replies once and insert them with one click, and leave internal notes on a chat that teammates can see but the customer never can.

Dashboard September 16, 2026

Always know what's new

A What's New page now lives under Settings: every improvement as it ships, grouped by month, in plain English. See what changed without waiting for a newsletter.

Shopify app September 16, 2026

Simple pricing: start free, upgrade when ready

The app home now leads with what is free (results dashboard, customers, reviews and promotions, push up to 500 subscribers, monthly site audit) before the paid plans, and every plan is described in plain English: run one service, run two to three, run up to five, all six at full scale. No token talk anywhere.

Dashboard September 16, 2026

A dashboard that shows results, not busywork

The home page now shows what actually happened this month: revenue credited to your email campaigns, emails sent, texts sent, pages published, reviews published, posts live and videos rendered, each compared with last month, plus the next things scheduled to go out.

Video Production September 16, 2026

One click to timed captions

Auto-caption any clip in the video timeline: one button transcribes the clip's speech into timed words, so captions can follow the voice word by word instead of one plain line. Each transcription shows up in the inspector as a timed-words count you can trust.

September 15, 2026

SMS September 15, 2026

One cart recovery flow across email, push and text

Bring back lost sales automatically: when a shopper leaves without buying, one recovery flow follows up by email, then a web push notification, then a text, each with its own timing, and each shopper hears from you once per channel per cart. Buying stops everything.

Dashboard September 15, 2026

A dashboard that works for everyone

The dashboard is easier to use with a keyboard and a screen reader: every icon-only button now announces what it does, pop-up dialogs trap focus and close on Escape, and status colors were darkened so text stays readable in light and dark mode.

September 14, 2026

Approvals September 14, 2026

One inbox for everything that needs your OK

Drafts, rewrites and reviews waiting on you now sit in one Approval inbox. Approve, reject with a note, ask the AI for a new version, or approve a batch at once.

SMS September 14, 2026

Build a text list your customers asked for

Shoppers join by texting a word like JOIN or through a signup form you can share or embed. Every signup is saved with proof of consent, and one click texts the whole list.

Reviews September 14, 2026

AI drafts your review replies

Get a warm, specific reply to any customer review in one click, written in your store's voice. Nothing posts until you approve it.

Activity feed September 14, 2026

See what Trinacle did this week

A new activity feed shows every piece of work done for your store, newest first.

Phone & SMS September 14, 2026

Live call and text alerts

Calls and texts to your business line light up on your dashboard the moment they arrive, and the notification bell updates by itself.

Dashboard September 14, 2026

A dashboard that opens in a snap

Each page now loads its own parts when you open it, so the dashboard's first download is half the size it was.

Shopify app September 14, 2026

An app that earns trust before it asks

The Shopify app installs with read-only access and asks for a write permission only when you first use that feature. A one-page checklist shows what is connected and what is left, with a Set up everything button.

Shopify app September 14, 2026

This month's results, on the app home

The app home now shows what Trinacle did for your store this month (email revenue, reviews published, product pages optimized), each with a one-click link to manage that area.

Shopify app September 14, 2026

Add a banner to any theme, no code

Banners can now be added to any theme as a block, so you can drop one in without editing theme files.

Video Production September 14, 2026

Trim the dead air out of your videos

The timeline editor trims dead air in one click: it finds the silence at the start and end of each clip's audio and tightens the cut for you.

Link Building September 14, 2026

Link building: the directory board keeps citations moving

Link building now clears its own stalls. When a directory signup is waiting on an account the client does not have yet, Trinacle creates the verification email and files the login. A new directory board shows every listing as done, in progress, blocked, or waiting on an identity, with one click to clear a block and retry.

Setup September 14, 2026

See exactly what is left to connect

A connection checklist puts everything in one place: store, email, texts, reviews, analytics. Each row shows whether it is connected, a live test, and what it gives you once it is on.

Interface September 14, 2026

A clearer, better-organized menu

The sidebar is now grouped by what you are doing: SEO, Content, Customers, and a staff-only Sales Desk. Every tool sits one hop from where you expect it.

Interface September 14, 2026

Cleaner page headers and stat bars

Busy pages now keep one main action up front and tuck the rest behind a "..." menu. The stat bar on Blog Posts shows six key numbers, with the rest one click away.

Interface September 14, 2026

Clear page titles and breadcrumbs

The dashboard now puts your page name in the browser tab and the breadcrumb at the top, so Email Campaigns, Calls and every other page show where you really are instead of a generic Dashboard.

Interface September 14, 2026

Styled dialogs everywhere

Confirmations, warnings and prompts now use the app's own dialogs instead of the browser's plain popup, so every delete, merge and entry reads the same way.

Interface September 14, 2026

Clearer loading, messages and copy

Pages that stall now show a Retry instead of spinning forever, and notices come in colors: green for success, red for errors, with an action link when there is a next step. The app copy was also swept clean of internal jargon.

September 13, 2026

Video September 13, 2026

Pick a product, pick a format, get a first cut

Formats: pick a ready-made video format on the brief (best-seller hook, product demo, UGC testimonial, minimal catalog, long-form ad) and it locks the frame, caption style, music bed and end card, plus the shot structure the AI writer follows. Then one button, "Generate first cut", writes the script, builds the shots and queues every AI generation in a single confirmed click. Save any project's shots and settings as your own reusable format.

Video September 13, 2026

Pick a product, get a script

Pick the product straight from your Shopify store on the video brief: search your catalog, see price, variants, photos and real customer quotes, and the AI script writer writes from those specifics instead of generic ad copy. Product photos can drop into your reference library in the same click.

Video Production September 13, 2026

Preview with real transitions

The timeline preview now plays real crossfades and dips and lands on the exact frame you scrub to, decoded right in your browser. Browsers that cannot do this quietly keep the old preview.

Phone & SMS September 13, 2026

Your voicemail, your way

Set your own voicemail: greeting, how long the phone rings, transcription on or off, who gets notified, and an on/off switch. Missed calls roll to it on their own.

Video Production September 13, 2026

Brand voice, baked into every script

Save your brand voice once: the person your brand sounds like, the words you never use, and example scripts you approve. Every AI writer in the video studio follows it, and a one-click check flags banned words in a script before it goes to generation.

September 12, 2026

Link Building September 12, 2026

Link building: batch task queue + profile auto-status

Adding link tasks is now a batch tool: search the platform list, tick several platforms at once, and one task is queued per platform. Task types now match the platforms you pick, and the target link fills in with the client website for you. Approving a finished profile task also saves the live profile link onto the business profile card and marks it active.

Backgrounds September 12, 2026

Scenes that fit the product

Scene targeting: any background scene can now be limited to chosen collections or product types. When the AI dresses a product photo, it only uses scenes that fit that product, so glass scenes stop landing on CBD oils. Scenes with no rule keep working for everything.

Video September 12, 2026

Six steps from brief to published

Video Production now walks six clear steps: Brief, Script, Storyboard, Generate, Edit, Deliver. Fill a brief once (goal, product, platform, target length) and the AI script writer holds to it, with a live spoken-length estimate on the script. Assemble, formats, publish and embed live together on one Deliver screen with a readiness checklist, and each project opens at the step where you left off.

Backgrounds September 12, 2026

Your scene library, ready to travel

Copy your whole background scene library from one store to another in one click, reference photos, priorities and seasonal windows included. Scene rotation gained a fairness rule: pause scenes after a number of uses so fresher scenes get their turn. A duplicate finder also flags scenes with near-identical descriptions so the library stays clean.

Video September 12, 2026

One video, every format

Assemble once, then click Formats to export the same video as a 1:1 square or 16:9 landscape cut for other platforms: each export is a background render that center-crops your timeline, burns the same subtitles, and never touches your master file. Download or publish each format straight from the dialog.

Video September 12, 2026

Re-renders in half the time

Re-assembling a cut is more than twice as fast now: the server remembers the work it already did on each clip, so changing one trim re-renders just that clip instead of the whole video. Unchanged clips show as cached while the render runs.

Video September 12, 2026

Renders that run in the background

Video renders now run in a background queue instead of holding your browser session: click Assemble, watch the real progress on the button (fetching clips, burning subtitles), keep working or close the tab, and cancel with one click if you change your mind. A server restart no longer kills a render in progress.

Link Building September 12, 2026

Link building: one-click business phone numbers

Clients without a business phone can get one in a click: the Business info card buys a dedicated number per client, wires it to the dashboard SMS inbox, and sets it as the listing phone, so directory verification texts arrive where the team can read them.

Video Production September 12, 2026

Overlays: picture-in-picture video

Put a video inside your video: drag any clip onto an overlay lane and it becomes a picture-in-picture box you can size and place. It shows up in the preview and the final render the same way.

Link Building September 12, 2026

Automation: clearer task messages with one-click fixes

Automation tasks now explain themselves: each row says what is missing and opens the exact fix, with a run log of every step the engine took. Directory tasks that need a business address or phone now stop instantly with that message instead of burning time discovering it.

Link Building September 12, 2026

Automation: link tasks run themselves on the server

Link-building tasks now start working within seconds of being queued. A server-side engine opens the sites in the automation browser and does the steps, and it saves each site's method so repeat runs are fast. A new Business info card keeps the company name, address and phone that every listing should show.

Link Building September 12, 2026

Link building: cleaner credential vault + profile link tools

Adding a credential is smarter: the label fills itself from the type you pick, the website field only appears for site logins, and mistakes are flagged inside the window instead of after it closes. Finished a link task by hand? A new Set link button stores the live profile URL so the business profile card always points at the real page.

September 11, 2026

Video September 11, 2026

Video renders fixed and simplified

Fixed: videos assembled over the past days were missing their burned-in captions, and assembling now runs the whole render as a single pass, so timelines with crossfades render much faster with no quality loss between steps. Re-assemble any project to get a corrected final.

Video September 11, 2026

Text overlays that actually make the final video

Add text titles straight onto the video timeline (a + Text button or the T key drops one at the playhead, edit the words in the inspector) and they now burn into the final rendered video, centered exactly like the preview showed. Set in and out points on the timeline and Assemble renders just that section.

Video September 11, 2026

A preview that plays your actual cut

The video timeline preview now plays your whole cut, not just one clip. Scrub or press play and you see your clips back to back with burned captions on screen, text titles in place, and your music bed mixed under the dialogue, all in a light preview that starts instantly. Mute or solo any audio lane and the preview matches.

September 10, 2026

Email September 10, 2026

Campaign drafts in one click, ready in seconds

The Generate button on Email Creatives now builds the whole campaign in-house and in seconds: product picks, written subject line, preview text, header, and AI lifestyle photos of your real products are ready on one draft instead of arriving in bits. Photos are stored on Trinacle's own storage so they never expire, and every AI word and image shows up in your AI spend log.

SEO Content September 10, 2026

Your product picks and titles, respected

The products you pick for a blog post are the ones that actually appear in it now. Picked products are placed exactly as selected, in your order, and the blog title does what you tell it: pin an exact title or set the year in the title to auto (listicles get it, other posts do not), always, or never. A click on the title icon also shows the live article title.

AI Images September 10, 2026

Product photos that look taken, not staged

A new Photo style control shapes every AI product image: candid phone photo, staged photoshoot, studio product, editorial lifestyle, or UGC creator, plus camera checkmarks (natural light, handheld angle, shallow depth of field, soft shadows, off-center composition, phone-camera colors, no AI polish). An AI suggest button drafts a directive from your store and brand tone for you to review.

Backgrounds September 10, 2026

Seasonal scenes that know when to show up

Background scenes can now be seasonal: set a yearly window (like October 15 to December 31 for holiday scenes) and they are only used during that period, in blog images and the social studio alike. Out-of-season scenes are marked so the list stays clear. The scene editor also gained an AI polish button that rewrites your description into a sharper photographic prompt for you to review.

Backgrounds September 10, 2026

Your scenes, everywhere the AI makes images

Your background scene library now powers the social AI image studio too: pick one of your own scenes (with its reference photo) instead of a generic preset, and the AI matches that look. Each scene's editor also has a Generate preview button: see what a scene looks like as an image before using it, and promote any preview to the scene's reference.

Backgrounds September 10, 2026

Priority and rotation for AI background scenes

Background scenes now have priority and rotation. Send them to AI image jobs in priority order, shuffled fresh every run, or use only your top X highest-priority scenes shuffled so the rest stay fresh. A Used column counts how often each scene was included in an image job, when it was last used, and from where.

SEO Content September 10, 2026

Drafts that actually stay drafts

Generating blogs and collections has two clear switches now: AI images on or off, and publish as draft on or off. Draft finally means draft: keep a run as a review draft even for Auto-Publish clients, and Auto-Publish keeps doing what it says, publishing automatically. The same AI images switch also lives in your client settings as the default for future runs.

Push Notifications September 10, 2026

Web push for Shopify stores

Shopify stores can now collect web push subscribers with a branded opt-in card. Turn it on once in the theme editor.

Backgrounds September 10, 2026

Reference photos for your AI image scenes

Every AI image scene can now carry a reference photo. Drop an image straight onto a scene card, paste it from the clipboard (Ctrl+V), or click to browse. The photo shows as a thumbnail on the scene board and helps the AI keep the same look every time it renders that scene.

Video September 10, 2026

A real timeline editor for video production

Video Production has a real timeline editor now, like normal video software: tracks with clips you drag and snap, trim by pulling clip edges with a live readout, split at the playhead, ripple delete, full undo and redo, and a media pool of your takes you drag straight onto the timeline. Every edit saves as a new version, so you can always rebuild the original rough cut if a cut goes wrong.

Promotions September 10, 2026

Put the whole store on sale, safely

Run a storewide sale and leave out anything by tag or product. Big stores switch over in the background with live progress, and every price goes back exactly when the sale ends.

September 9, 2026

Video September 9, 2026

A cleaner, faster Video Production workspace

The Video Production workspace got a full rebuild of its look and feel. The project picker, the pipeline strip, the scene board with take previews, the script and AI writer panel, and every dialog (references, end card, music bed, templates) now share one clean design with proper hover states, keyboard hints and dark mode. The pipeline strip highlights the step you are actually on, Escape closes any dialog, and a script you are typing is never wiped while takes are still generating in the background.

Pricing September 9, 2026

A daily checkup for your crossed-out prices

Manage compare-at prices across the whole catalog, and get a daily scan that flags anchors Shopify would hide, stale anchors and sales that lost their strikethrough, each with a one-click fix.

Products September 9, 2026

Edit metafields in a spreadsheet and import them back

Bulk metafield edits now round-trip through a spreadsheet: download your catalog (or one field's current values) as CSV, fill or fix the value column in Excel or Google Sheets, and import it back as one bulk run with progress and one-click undo.

Products September 9, 2026

Filter your catalog by stock on any store

The catalog In-stock filter now works on WooCommerce stores too, not just Shopify: filter the product list to only in-stock or only out-of-stock products on every store, and the stock state stays fresh on each catalog sync.

September 8, 2026

Products September 8, 2026

Sort your catalog by date added, for real

The product catalog now opens sorted by the date each product was added to your store, newest first, across the whole catalog instead of just the visible page. The sort menu was cleaned up (Recently synced is separate from store date), the little colored number on each row that shows the SEO score is now clickable and opens the score breakdown, and the image-count badge can never be a dead click again.

Products September 8, 2026

Media review queue and a tidier menu

The Media tab now shows which products have new images waiting: a waiting count on every product, a waiting-first list with best sellers breaking ties, and a Review button that opens exactly what needs a decision. Every image shows whether it is already pushed to your store or still waiting, and each product row now carries units sold, price and age so you can approve media for your best sellers first. The dashboard menu was reorganized too: a new Catalog section groups Products, Collections, Reviews, Promotions and Price Intelligence, and Email Creatives, Social Creatives and Ad Creatives are now simply Emails, Social Media and Ads.

Access September 8, 2026

Invites by email and a dedicated API Keys page

Inviting someone to the dashboard is one click now: open their user card, press Send invite email, and they get a branded email with a private link to set their own password. API keys for AI assistants also moved to their own API Keys page under Admin.

Products September 8, 2026

Media library: view, organize, and push product images with confidence

The product Media tab got a full usability pass: clicking any image or video now opens it large so you can actually watch it; the e-blast scan only pulls in AI-generated images (regular product photos from the email body are skipped and cleaned out); a short three-step guide explains the flow; and the button that updates your store's product gallery is now clearly labeled "Push to live gallery", with nothing ever sent to your store until you press it.

Social September 8, 2026

AI photos for your posts, built from your real products

Open a social post, pick a fresh take or a new background, and get an image made from the product's own photo in square, portrait or story shape.

Reviews September 8, 2026

Reviews with multiple photos, matched to your store

A review can now carry up to three photos instead of one. Trinacle learns from your real customer reviews how many photos they usually attach, and generates the same mix, each photo built from the product's own catalogue image so the picture matches the item. You control the maximum in Settings, and can add or remove photos on any review before it publishes.

Social September 8, 2026

Fix post images without leaving Trinacle

Editing a post keeps its line breaks, and you can now manage a post's images right in Trinacle: add a photo from your computer, remove one, or swap them, with up to four images per post. New uploads are automatically resized so posts stay fast to load.

Social September 8, 2026

Edit and publish social posts right inside Trinacle

Manage your scheduled social posts without leaving Trinacle: open any post to edit its text, pick a new date and time (in your store's timezone), publish it immediately, or delete it. No more logging into a separate social tool for day-to-day changes.

One click straight into the collection editor

The Edit button on SEO Collections now opens that collection's editor in Shopify directly, no more searching through the collection list first.

Reviews September 7, 2026

Approve a review and pick its publish moment in one step

When you approve a review in the queue you can now choose the exact moment it goes live, right in the approve step: pick a date and time and it publishes then, or keep the one-click default that spaces reviews out through the day. No more approve-first-then-adjust.

Link building: a clear pipeline, grouped and filterable

The Link Building page is now organized like the job it is: sources are grouped into clear sections (business profiles, auto-publishing, syndication, outreach, satellites), each with its own progress bar, so you can see at a glance what is left to build. A summary card shows your overall pipeline with a progress bar and a one-click "Copy task list for contractor" checklist. Filter the list by stage (not started, in progress, created) or by business type, open each source directly from its row, and every platform now shows a small clean icon next to its name.

Platform September 7, 2026

Use Trinacle from your phone

Trinacle now works properly on your phone. Every dashboard page fits the screen with no sideways scrolling: tables scroll inside their cards, form fields stack into one column, and pages like the broadcast composer, the call console, and settings are easy to use on a small screen.

SEO September 7, 2026

Choose which pages get new internal links

Pick the exact pages you want more internal links to: tick them in the Internal Links page list, press "Add links to selected", and the AI finds related products and blog posts to link from and drafts a natural link for each one. Drafts wait for your review, publishing puts them live on your store, and every published link undoes in one click. Every column in the page list now sorts by clicking its header.

September 6, 2026

Promotions September 6, 2026

Buy more, save more on your Shopify store

Shopify stores can now offer quantity breaks: set tiers like buy 2 save 10%, buy 3 save 15%. The customer's cart and checkout automatically apply the best tier that fits, showing native savings text with no app branding. A break can cover all products, chosen products, or whole collections, and is edited or removed in one click from the Promotions page, with no code and no extra apps.

SEO September 6, 2026

See which pages make you money

Blog posts and collections now show the revenue they earn. A red Opportunity flag marks posts Google clicks but nobody buys from, so you know what to fix first.

SEO September 6, 2026

Find every dead link on your store

The Internal Links scan now catches broken links too. Any link on your store that points to a page which no longer exists is confirmed with a real request and listed in a new Dead links panel, with how many of your pages link to it and where, so you know exactly what to fix or redirect.

Social September 6, 2026

Generate social posts from your WooCommerce products

The Generate posts lightbox can now search and feature products on WooCommerce stores too, not just Shopify. Pick specific products by name, sort by best sellers or price, filter in-stock only, and load more pages, exactly like the Shopify flow.

SEO September 6, 2026

Empty collections: spotted, listed, and fixed in one place

SEO Collections now flags collections that are published live but have zero products, right in a red card with a count on the dashboard. Review them, fix their rules, or unpublish in one click with a 301 redirect so visitors and Google land somewhere useful instead of an empty page.

SEO September 6, 2026

Your whole store's link map, in minutes

The Internal Links site scan now reads your whole store directly from Shopify instead of crawling it page by page, so a 13,000 page store finishes in minutes instead of hours. First run on a real store found 12,386 pages with no internal links pointing at them, which is exactly the list you want to fix.

SEO September 5, 2026

Watch your site scan run, start to finish

The site scan on Internal Links now shows a real progress bar while it runs: how many pages are done, pages per second, and how long is left, in plain English. It keeps running on our servers even if you close the page, it picks up where it left off if anything restarts, and you can stop it any time.

Affiliates September 5, 2026

See any affiliate's whole story: profile, earnings, and every order

Click any affiliate on the All affiliates tab to open a full profile: their contact details, referral code and links, a 12-month commission chart, and their complete order history with dates, sale amounts and commission. Works for both your BixGrow partners and your Awin publishers.

Affiliates + Email September 5, 2026

Email the right affiliates: reward top earners, win back the quiet ones

When you email your affiliates you can now target them by performance instead of blasting everyone: reward your top earners, win back partners who have gone quiet, or nudge the ones who signed up but have not sold yet. Built right into the campaign audience picker.

Content September 5, 2026

See your content output grow, month by month

The Content page now shows a 12-month trend chart of everything we have created for you across every channel, month by month, so you can see your output growing over time at a glance.

Edit Google Ads budgets safely, with one-click undo

Change a live Google campaign's daily budget from your dashboard, with guardrails: single changes are capped so a typo can't blow your budget, there is a daily limit per account, and shared budgets ask you to confirm first. Every change is logged and undoable in one click.

Products September 5, 2026

All your product images and videos, one click into the gallery

New Media tab on Products puts every AI image and video you generate (from e-blasts, social, blogs, reviews and video) in one place per product, with a count and a sort by most recent so you can see what you just made. Order the images and push them straight into the product gallery on Shopify or WooCommerce, and one button pulls in every product image already made in your past e-blasts.

Google Ads September 5, 2026

Manage your Google campaigns from Trinacle

Ads September 5, 2026

Your ads, reviewed by AI

New AI Insights panel on Google Ads and Meta Ads reviews each account and flags what needs attention in plain English: wasted spend, campaigns that are on but not serving, low ROAS, strong performers to scale, and a one-click AI written action list.

Google Ads September 5, 2026

Link all your Google accounts

Connect more than one Google account at once (for example your agency login and a store login) to reach every ad account, each shown with its own disconnect.

Email September 5, 2026

Sending a big campaign now shows a live progress screen with steps and a clear error state instead of a silent pause.
