Sales that start, revert, and clean up after themselves

Shopify has no native scheduled sales, so stores do them by hand: edit prices at midnight, remember to change everything back. Our engine runs the whole lifecycle on schedule, and humans audit the catalog before and during every sale.

What you actually get

Schedule a sale and forget it. At the start time, prices drop and compare-at prices show the old amount: the crossed-out number that makes a discount feel real. At the end time, everything reverts exactly. Before any write, the engine snapshots every pre-sale price, so an interrupted sweep resumes without double-discounting, and a rollback is one click.

The cleanup work nobody volunteers for is part of the deal: compare-at pricing managed across your catalog in bulk by filters or collections, per-sale exclusions by tag or pick plus standing exclusions your store always honors, and a catalog audit that flags inverted or stale compare-at before a customer finds it for you. Want the whole store on sale? Storewide mode walks your live catalog and applies your exclusions on the way.

The trimmings: flash-sale presets (start in an hour, a 24-hour sale, the whole weekend: with 10, 15 or 25% one-tap discounts), a matching sale banner auto-drafted for your approval, low-stock alerts while the sale runs, and quantity breaks like "Buy 2 or more, save 10%" applied right in the cart. Your strategist picks the moments, the engine does the arithmetic, and humans check the result.

How Trinacle runs this for you

Run by your team, checked by humans

You're not buying software you have to learn. You're not hiring freelancers either. You get a marketing team that uses smart software to get more done: and a real human checks every word, link, and image before anything reaches your customers.

1

Your strategist plans it

Your strategist plans the promo calendar around your seasons and stock, so sales land when they can move product.

2

The production system builds it

We schedule the sale, set compare-at, exclude what should not drop, and draft the banner: you approve.

3

A human checks every piece

The catalog audit flags weird compare-at and low stock mid-sale, and rollback is one click if anything looks off.

Sales & Promotions questions

Fair questions

What if a sale ends while nobody is awake?
It reverts on schedule anyway. The engine snapshots every pre-sale price before it writes anything, so the end of a sale puts your catalog back exactly the way it was. No midnight emergencies.
Does this work on WooCommerce?
Sales with exclusions and compare-at management cover both Shopify and WooCommerce. Storewide sales and quantity breaks are Shopify-only today; on WooCommerce you get a clear message instead of a surprise.
Can we keep some products out of a sale?
Yes: exclude by tag or pick the products per sale, plus standing exclusions your store always honors. Sale banners get the "Certain products excluded" line automatically, so the discount stays honest.
