How it works

How does managed marketing actually work?

A real marketing expert plans your campaigns. Software builds the first drafts in hours. A human checks every piece. You approve it from one dashboard, and the sales roll back into your monthly report, attributed to the campaign that drove them. That loop runs every month for a flat price from $315, inside your Shopify admin.

The model

Experts plan it. AI builds it. Humans check it.

You're not buying software you have to learn. You're not hiring freelancers either. You get a marketing team that uses smart software to get more done: and a real human checks every word, link, and image before anything reaches your customers.

1

A real marketing expert plans it

A strategist who knows your products and your customers decides what to send, post, publish, and film: and when. You can talk to them any time.

2

Smart software builds the first drafts

Writing, design, video cuts, product pages: our AI tools produce in minutes what used to take days and invoices. That's how one flat price covers eight channels.

3

A human checks every piece

Nothing goes live until someone on your team reads it, checks the links, and approves it. If it's not good enough for their own store, it doesn't ship to yours.

Your first month

From install to first campaigns, week by week

  1. Day 1

    Install and sync

Install from the Shopify App Store and pick a plan. Customers, orders, products and content sync automatically: consent tracked per person. On our flagship account, 78,115 customer records synced on day one.

  2. Days 1-5

    Strategy and plan

A named strategist studies your catalog, margins and past orders, then builds your first campaign calendar: what to send, post, publish and film, and when.

  3. Days 3-10

    Production

AI tools produce the first drafts in hours: email designs, SEO pages, video cuts, social posts. Two subject lines get written for every email so the winner can be tested on a slice of your list.

  4. Before anything ships

    Human QA and your approval

A human on our team reads every word, checks every link. Then it lands in your approval queue. Nothing publishes until you (or a teammate you designate) approve it.

  5. Every month

    Publish, track, report

Campaigns go out on schedule. Every click and order is matched back to the campaign that drove it, and your monthly report leads with dollars: attributed revenue per channel and per send.

What you do vs what we do

The division of labor is simple. You approve. We do everything on the other side of the approval button.

You

  • Install the app and pick a plan
  • Approve campaigns in the queue (30-60 min/week)
  • Answer occasional product questions
  • Read the monthly report

Your Trinacle team

  • Plans every campaign on a calendar
  • Writes, designs, films and builds everything
  • Checks every word and link before you see it
  • Publishes on schedule, handles compliance paperwork
  • Tracks revenue per campaign and reports it in dollars

What you see while it runs

Your dashboard shows the work as it happens: emails delivered and opened, revenue attributed per send, SEO pages published with their 0-100 scores, videos rendered, social posts live, reviews moderated and managed from one queue. One click from any stat opens the full campaign behind it. It is the same view your team works from: no filtered numbers.

The goal of all of it is the thing every store owner actually asks for: more sales you can trace. Not impressions. Orders, matched to the email, text or page that drove them.

Questions

How-it-works questions

What does a marketing agency actually do each month?
Plan campaigns around your products and seasons, produce the assets (emails, pages, videos, posts), publish them on schedule, and report what they earned. Traditional agencies do this with people-hours and bill $2,000 to $10,000 a month. Trinacle does the same job with experts planning, AI producing, and humans checking, from $315 a month.
How is this different from just using marketing software?
Software gives you tools you still have to operate. Klaviyo, Mailchimp and friends assume someone on your side will build the campaigns. With Trinacle nobody on your side has to do anything beyond approving: the team and the production pipeline are the product. You are buying the output, not the tool.
How much of my time does this take?
Plan on 30 to 60 minutes a week: reviewing what your strategist queued up, answering the occasional question about products or promotions, and reading your monthly report. Everything else, production and publishing and tracking, is handled.
When does the first campaign actually go out?
Week one. Your store data syncs within minutes of installing, your strategist plans the first campaigns in the first days, and the first approved sends typically ship inside the first week or two, depending on how quickly you review the queue.
What if I want to change or reject something?
Nothing ships without approval, so rejecting costs you nothing: leave notes in the dashboard and the team revises. You can also chat with your strategist directly from the app any time.
